At CBS ArcSafe^® our team is constantly looking for ways to help keep your technicians safe from arc-flash hazards. It is humbling to our organization when one of our products is honored for its design and effectiveness. Once again, CBS ArcSafe was recognized by a panel of experts from Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) magazine. The CBS ArcSafe RSA-242 won the magazine's New Product of the Year Award in the Electrical Safety category.

RRS-3 Selpact Remotely Racks Merlin Gerin Selpact Breakers

The latest single-application remote racking solution (RRS) to be offered by CBS ArcSafe is the RRS-3 Selpact for Merlin Gerin Selpact air circuit breakers. With fast and easy setup, the RRS-3 Selpact does not require any modifications to existing electrical equipment because of CBS ArcSafe's magnetic latching system. Read more.

Department of Energy Relies on CBS ArcSafe to Keep Technicians Safe

The U.S. Department of Energy’s Hanford Site in Washington State uses CBS ArcSafe RSA-1 and RSA-14 to keep workers safe when disconnecting power from a pump motor. The remote switch actuators allow technicians to remotely close/trip switches, controllers, and breakers from up to 300 feet outside the arc-flash boundary.
