When CBS ArcSafe got an urgent request for remote switching solutions to operate multiple low-voltage applications, time was critical. The customer needed to remotely operate its low-voltage motor control centers and a deep-recessed load break switch.
We shipped six standard RSK-CHL1 devices and a custom-modified remote switch actuator for the load break switch in just three days.
Our customer service didn’t stop there. The following week, a CBS ArcSafe engineer flew on-site to oversee the shutdown, provide hands-on training, and ensure the customer had confidence and competence in operating the equipment.
